Situated in the centre of campus, Newarke Point is privately managed by Homes for Students.

Each flat has five bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.

Flats have a shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, as well as an area with a sofa and curtains. Kitchen facilities include a cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle & microwave. Each flat also has a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board, and a bin.

High speed internet access is included in rent costs. TV connection points are available in bedrooms and kitchens (a co-axial cable is required).

The hall features CCTV, a secure door entry system and 24-hour roaming security, bicycle storage, table tennis and coinless laundry facilities (£3.50 per wash, £2.10 per dry).

Newarke Point also features a common room, which includes a study space, pool table, and TV.

Limited car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A 43-week parking space costs £695.

    N.B. A guarantor is required, who can be either UK or international but must be aged over 25.

    Students with an international home address have the option to make one upfront payment or will need to pay in two equal instalments on 30 July 2025 and 5 January 2026:

  6. Additional (and important) rent considerations

    Please be sure to check payment dates and amounts prior to making your booking. Not all payment options fall in line with your student loan. The first instalment is not due until shortly after you arrive. Your student loan is not usually deposited until after you have enrolled on your course.

    Payments can be made by debit card or credit card or by direct debit, bank transfers can be used for customers with no other ways of making payment.

    The rent instalments should be made directly to Homes for Students.
