As part of the programme there is a weekly timetable that offers an array of free activities enabling students to look after their wellbeing, socialise, learn new skills and stay active. All sessions are free and we recommend that students come in comfortable clothing, preferably trainers.

LCFC: Mental Health Cafe: Neurodiversity session

A Taste of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This workshop offers an introduction to key concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participants will explore major body acupoints, learn about acupuncture principles, experience basic massage techniques, and make their own traditional herbal sachet.

Bungee Run

Strap in and sprint for glory on the Bungee Run—competitive, hilarious, and heart-pumping fun! Challenge your friends to see who can go the farthest before the bungee snaps you back, and enjoy cheering, laughs, and epic wipeouts.


Football shootout

Step up and take your shot! Whether you’re a seasoned striker or just fancy a bit of fun, our penalty shoot‑out is the perfect chance to test your skills. Bring your friends, bring your confidence, and see if you can hit the back of the net. Come have a go — you might surprise yourself!


Candyfloss and slush

Treat yourself on us! Swing by and grab some freshly spun candyfloss and ice‑cold slush puppies. It’s the perfect sweet pick‑me‑up, whether you’re here for the fun, the flavours, or just a little nostalgia. Come enjoy a taste of something delightful!
