Mrs Duaa Hemade

Duaa is a higher education professional with an MA in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick and over six years’ experience in student-facing roles. She is dedicated to empowering postgraduate students to take the next best step and succeed in the real world. Duaa believes that meaningful exposure to employers is central to career success, which drives her focus on building and managing strong stakeholder partnerships. In her role, she develops and delivers tailored career initiatives that equip students with essential skills, valuable opportunities, and access to diverse professional networks. Her work is grounded in inclusivity and cultural awareness, helping international graduates navigate competitive global employment markets with confidence. Previously, Duaa managed a caseload of 20 educational institutions across Coventry, strengthening institutional relationships and enhancing student outcomes through impactful guidance and support.
